I have called several low income vets and I am unable to get Oliver the help he needs. I am throwing in the towel and it hurts a lot. It just hurts

Jenny - please know that Oliver is already aware that you were there to help him and that he's forever grateful for that. Even though you could not help him, he knows you're trying to help him. He just knows it. I wish I could help you out but alas, according to my situation; I can't help except to lend my heart and soothing words for you to heal from this situation.
