Since 8pm, I have been repeatedly checking CNN for updates on the electoral vote. Its now 1030pm and I recently arrived home from work. Obama has 207 votes, McCain has 135. But as far as popular votes goes, they're pretty much neck to neck. Virginia is taking its sweet old time as well as Florida what a surprise! In tallying their votes. Wouldn't it be something if California was the deciding state?
On the bus ride home along 125th street, there was a large crowd gathered in front of the The Adam Clayton Powell State Office Building Plaza. I couldn't see
what's happening there right now but its PACKED with people. Makes me feel good to be witnessing such an historical moment.
